Our Services

Feliapp provides the services presented on this website, as part of the Felidata ecosystem (BTJT, Lda). The specific terms of each service are set out in the corresponding quote, contract or specific conditions.

Account Registration

User Obligations

Payments and Billing

Feliapp provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you store on our services. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may immediately terminate services for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your data.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Setúbal, Portugal.
